Advance Care Planning Workshop

Advance care planning helps you have a say in the health care you would like to receive if you get very sick and cannot speak for yourself. In this hands-on workshop, we will explore the steps involved in making an Advance Care Plan, and introduce the new Green Sleeve Initiative on the Sunshine Coast.
