Mahayana Buddhist Meditation – six-week program
Thursdays, April 18-May 23, 2-3 pm
Mahayana Buddhist tradition has given the world mindfulness and breath meditation, amongst many other mental-health skills.
In this six-week program, you will learn Mahayana Buddhist meditation and chi exercises that will benefit your mind and body.
About the instructor: John Thompson has been studying under a master of this tradition for over 25 years.
Participants are strongly encouraged to register for all sessions, but drop-in participation is also welcome. Call the library at 604.886.2130.
