The traditional idea of retirement as a reward for a lifetime of work and parenting is failing many people. The old model suggests seeking happiness through travel, leisure activities, friends and family. Nothing wrong with that, except that sooner or later, the feeling arises that something is missing…
 

In this workshop we will explore three topics:

•        Ten Key Factors for the highest sense of wellbeing.
•        How to gain a deeper appreciation for who you really are and why you are here.
•        Authoring a vision of your ideal future that contains your noble aim.

About the instructor: Michael Worsfold is a New Retirement Coach and Certified Enneagram coach. He has 35 years as entrepreneur and management consultant, and is the past president of Toastmasters, Gibsons. He is an amateur singer-songwriter, husband, father and grandfather.
