Harvesting, Cleaning, & Storing Your Seeds

Despite all odds, you and the food plants you grew to seed mostly survived the tough challenges of the 2021 growing season. Congratulations! What now?

How about learning to harvest, clean, and store your seeds?

Join us for an informal presentation and hands-on seed cleaning opportunity. Gain new tips, learn more about the Seed Sharing Library, and connect with other seed savers. Rhonda and Leonie, active members of the Sunshine Coast Seed Saving Collective, are enthusiastic seed savers who run the Gibsons Seed Sharing Library, which you’ll find in the “card catalogue” in the lobby of Gibsons & District Public Library.

Limited space in person: call the library to register:  604-886-2130.
