Introducing Kanopy and Kanopy Kids!
Kanopy is a video streaming platform for libraries with one of the largest and most unique collections in the world. It features more than 30,000 movies, documentaries, and indie and foreign films from hundreds of producers, including The Criterion Collection, The Great Courses, PBS and thousands of independent filmmakers. From arthouse favourites and Oscar winners, to Sesame Street and Arthur for the kids, Kanopy has something for everyone.
CAP: Each library member receives 5 checkouts (play credits) per month. This cap resets on the 1st of the following month. Once you’ve checked out your movie, you have a full 3 days (72 hours) to watch the video as many times as you would like. For The Great Courses and Kanopy Kids, you have 30 days of unlimited access to each checkout.
